1. Vehicle Rental

1.1. You must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license to rent a vehicle. Additional age restrictions may apply to specific vehicle categories.

1.2. The rental vehicle shall only be driven by the authorized driver(s) listed on the rental agreement.

​

1.3. The vehicle shall not be used for any illegal purposes, including but not limited to smuggling, transporting contraband, or engaging in any criminal activity.

​

2. Reservation and Payment

​

2.1. Reservations are subject to vehicle availability.

​

2.2. A valid credit card is required for reservations and will be charged for the rental fees and a security deposit.

​

2.3. Payment is due at the time of vehicle pick-up. We accept major credit cards and cash.

​

3. Rental Period

​

3.1. The rental period starts and ends at the dates and times specified in the reservation.

​

3.2. Extension of the rental period requires prior approval and may be subject to additional charges.

​

4. Insurance and Liability

​

4.1. The renter is responsible for maintaining primary liability insurance that meets the minimum requirements of the jurisdiction where the vehicle is rented.

​

4.2. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is available and optional.

​

4.3. The renter is liable for all damage to or loss of the vehicle during the rental period.

​

5. Fuel and Usage

​

5.1. The vehicle must be returned with the same level of fuel as when rented. Fuel charges will apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.

5.2. Smoking is strictly prohibited in our rental vehicles.

5.3. Pets are not allowed unless otherwise specified.

​

6. Roadside Assistance

​

6.1. 24/7 roadside assistance is provided for mechanical breakdowns.

​

6.2. In case of an accident or breakdown, you must immediately inform the Company and follow the provided instructions.

​

7. Return of Vehicle

​

7.1. The vehicle must be returned on the agreed date, time, and location specified in the rental agreement.

​

7.2. Late returns may be subject to additional charges.

​

8. Cancellation and Modification

​

8.1. Cancellation policies vary depending on the rental location and vehicle type.

​

8.2. Modifications to reservations are subject to availability and may result in rate changes.

​

9. Governing Law

​

9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the vehicle is rented.

By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all the terms and conditions outlined above and agree to abide by them. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior communications or agreements. UCAL's Car Rental, Tours & Taxi Services Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
